6x7 was a logistical challenge. It was printed folio by folio at Fiber Ink Studio in New York City, by artist Lesly Deschler Canossi, who received the pdf files of each quarto from me and mailed them back to me printed, so they could be bound by hand in my studio. The covers were printed on Japanese linen with inkjet at Brombergphoto.
